Design Capability

Chassis Plans, Inc. provides custom chassis designs to the electronic and packaging industry.  The company principles were founding members of the highly regarded ICS Advent (Industrial Computer Source) and have been providing high quality industrial computer designs since 1985.  Chassis Plans specializes in Manufacturing Documentation Packages including sheet metal drawings, assembly drawings, BOM, source control drawings, and assembly instructions.

Turnkey Assembly

Advanced Metal Products offers complete Turnkey Assembly services.  We have the systems and procedures in place to provide our customers with completely assembled products.  We manufacture the sheet metal components, apply paint and logo, purchase third party components such as screws, handles, cable assemblies, and power supplies.  The chassis or products are then assembled following detailed assembly instructions.  We can deliver high quality completed assemblies saving our customers time and money.

System Integration

Incite Network Solutions provides the final leg of this triad.  Incite is a Microsoft Certified solution provider and can provide total system design and integration of the 'system guts'.  Close relationships with the major component vendors including Ingram Micro and Sun allows Incite to stay on the bleeding edge of computer technology.  Incite works closely with Chassis Plans to define and design the chassis and Advanced Metal Products to fabricate the mechanical portions of the product.  The chassis are then integrated with customer specific components in a static free environment, burned in for reliability, and 100% tested.
